Ms. Barrett has built a reputation for her savvy negotiations, uncompromising integrity, and cutting-edge marketing strategies. Her insider knowledge and extensive background of working with clients both purchasing and selling homes began in 1998 at Pacific Union whereby she quickly gained distinction as one of Napa County’s youngest brokers at the age of 31.
Another career milestone includes six years as Owner/Managing Broker of Up Valley Real Estate in Saint Helena where Ms. Barrett managed 10 agents and all their transactions. Deciding to focus on raising her children, she merged Up Valley Real Estate with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010. When the timing was right, Ms. Barrett rejoined Pacific Union which is now Compass and spent almost 15 years employed under their umbrella as a broker associate.
In February of 2024, Ms. Barrett relaunched Up Valley Real Estate, with her creation of a specifically designed role as a Broker Advisor Conseillere in complex and varied formats. Some of her specialities include real estate contract law, creating interior and exterior design renovations and implementation, compelling listing marketing branding, property estate management and planning, expert and savvy negotiations and strategies for her clients and most importantly, her uncompromising integrity and ability to keep all parties involved in the transaction on course - harmoniously and professionally.
